EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL! Gave them a call to remove some old furniture and assorted boxes of junk. They said the had a crew in my area the next morning and could be here at 9am. The price to clean out an estate varies depending on the situation. On average, we charge roughly $2,000 to clean out most small estates.
Should I have an estate sale first?
We recommend not having an estate sale. By having our service donate items for you, you will receive a tax deductible receipt. This is often-times higher than what can be acquired through an estate sale.
