Eco-Friendly Mattress Removal
At A+ Enterprises, we go the extra mile to ensure your old mattress is recycled and disposed of properly. From the moment we remove your old mattress from your home, we have the environment in mind.
Many people do not know this, but landfills refuse to accept mattresses. The reasoning for this is that they do not compact like normal junk and trash does.
This causes landfills to fill up faster, which is not good for the environment. Therefore, we have found that many people and hauling companies simply dump old mattresses in the woods due to not being able to dispose of them elsewhere.
What we do with old mattresses
Did you know that mattresses can be recycled? When remove your old mattress, we haul it back to our recycling facility. From there, one of our employees cuts the mattress up with a knife. From there, we dispose of the old fabric and recycling the metal springs inside.
This accomplishes 2 things: keeps mattresses from filling up landfills and recycles scrap metal. As far as we are aware, A+ Enterprises is the only junk removal service to take mattress recycling to this level.

They said the had a crew in my area the next morning and could be here at 9am. Arrived right at 9 on the dot and got straight to work. When it was time for pick up I advised that I would be working and not able to hear the door so just knock hard. I went out on my Lunch break wondering what the heck? And the Dumpster was gone. Yes, we can not only remove your mattress, but the whole bed set if you would like! We can even disassemble headboards and bed frames to safely remove them from your home.
What do you do with old mattresses?
Unlike most junk removal services, we recycle your old mattress! We cut up the mattress and recycle the fabric. The metal spring is sent to the scrap yard to be shredded and re-used!
