Bulk Trash Pickup Alternative
We get calls from many customers in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area, who ask about having trash or garbage removed from their homes. One customer may have a bulky couch that needs to be removed, while another has over 50 garbage bags from a cleanup!
We are not cheaper than your garbage company
Many garbage and trash pickup services offer bulk pickup a few times a year, typically at a low cost. The reason they are able to do this for cheap is that they have a contract with the towns they operate in that requires them to offer this service at a small cost. Another reason your trash company is cheaper is that you do most of the work for them!
For example, we had a customer who was told that County Waste would pick up 2 couches for $150. The deal was the customer had to lug the couches (which were extremely heavy) out to the curb. After that, he had to call for pickup, which could take over a week to happen!
Our junk removal service quoted this customer $200 to dispose of both of those couches. We hauled the couches out of his house, around the back yard, and into one of our junk removal trucks. To our customer, the extra $50 spent was a no-brainer!
Bulk Pickup Restrictions
Another inconvenience about trash service bulk pickup is that it is on their schedule, and many companies/towns will only allow up to 2 items. This means if you have a whole bedroom set you want gone, they will only remove your mattress and box spring.
In addition, if your town only runs bulk trash pickup a few times a year, you may be waiting for months to have your items hauled away!

We price each job we we see it, and will provide you with an all-inclusive quote. This includes all the labor, loading, hauling, disposal, and recycling fees involved.
Our customers prefer this type of pricing because there is never any confusion on what we charge to remove junk. Other companies may estimate a low amount of truckloads and time, then hit the customer with an outrageous bill due to “overages”.
After completing thousands of cleanouts for customers, we know exactly what it takes to get your job done. Are there less expensive guys with pickup trucks that will haul your junk away? Absolutely!

When it was time for pick up I advised that I would be working and not able to hear the door so just knock hard. I went out on my Lunch break wondering what the heck? And the Dumpster was gone. From the first call, to the estimate, to the contract details, to start day/time, to what to expect day of and clean up day. It is very hard to find this level of customer service anymore! We hired them to tear down an old cinderblock/wood garage. It was right on the property line and didn’t have much room for error. A+ took the garage down no problem and did a great job with haul away and cleanup. You can tell they know their stuff. Sal always returned calls and emails. We got a fair price and a job well done! I definitely recommend and would work with them again if the need ever arises.

April 14, 2021Hard working guys got the job done in one day. I recently bought a foreclose property and have A+ Enterprises help do the clean up. Its a 3 bedroom house full of junk, and everything was gone at the end of the day. Image a house hoarders live in, 3 bedrooms, each with bed, dressers, night stand, TV and many other trash, you do not want to be in the room more than 1 minute. Kitchen full of dirty dishes, appliances and dining table with chairs. At the end of the day, whatever not bolted down was gone, including most of the nasty carpet. I will definitely use their service again. Great service and the hard working people.
